This Rockabilly Petticoat Tutu Costume is perfect for vintage dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, fancy dresses, 80s prom-themed charity events, Halloween costumes, unicorn costumes, or can be worn alone as a skirt.
The tutu skirt is very nicely voluminous, consisting of individual webs of tulle, which are tied together at the top of the hem. Therefore, it may be that the tulle at one point is a little "lighter," but can be regulated by plucking the tulle right.
The skirt waistline is 23.6"-31.5" (60-80cm) for S/M, and 31.4"-39" (80-100cm) for L/XL, with a length of approximately 45cm/17.7" from waist to hem.
The skirt also features 2 layers of lining, which helps prevent scratching of the skin. Cleaning instructions are to hand wash or dry clean, with separate washing and steaming to de-wrinkle.
